Every Business and Economy Web Hosting plan offered by APIC TECH SOLUTIONS comes with a seven (7) day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our hosting service and we are unable to deliver the promised service, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or our official contact form. Once your request is processed, you will receive confirmation of account cancellation.

After the initial seven-day period, no refunds will be issued for hosting services. Customers may, however, apply for a new hosting account at any time.

APIC TECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, fraudulent activities, phishing, malware distribution, copyright violations, or the use of nulled software, themes, plugins, or applications. No refunds will be issued in such cases. We also reserve the right to report unlawful activities to the relevant authorities and pursue legal action where necessary.
